What does communication in CVHS look like?

I see communication in our building as being a work in progress. I think some may feel that they need to know everything that goes on in the building.

    Things are getting much better. Thank you for all your hard work over the past few months. I feel like our meeting this morning was very productive.

    Are you ready to take some students out to eat? I have kids who have 75 points and some that will be getting 100 soon.

    I really do not want to know all that is going on in the CVHS building. One of my big concerns is that I'm told to create an FBA for one of my kids, and no one has ever approached me to tell me that there were problems outside of my class.
    When I send an email because I need input about a situation regarding my class, I would appreciate a reply rather than just not getting any response.

    This is an issue for concern, but we can fix this one. Do you have any suggestions as to how to fix this for the next teacher.
